               Composting is one of the best possible ways to make use of things that are otherwise useless like carrot stems, apple cores, and egg shells. These emergencies don’t happen all the time, but when they do you have to be willing to handle them immediately. Can you handle being called at 2 in the morning to fix someone's overflowing toilet?

           8. Are you willing to confront tenants about late payments and if need be evict them from the property?

          Scheduling Your Home Inspection During Covid-19

    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           During this unusual time we are offering two ways to handle your annual inspection. If you choose an in-person inspection  we will send you a Covid-19 access document that indicates that the inspector and the tenants have not been sick.  Once the inspector arrives  they will enter the property with gloves and a mask.  Please be sure to have the HVAC closet, water heater and sink cabinets open and accessible.  This will allow us to see all of the areas that we need with limited contact inside the home.  
          &#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
        
            The second option is a Zoom video call. In this scenario we will ask you to walk us through the house and show us the various areas that apply to an annual inspection. We will record portions of these calls in order to have a visual record of the visit on file.

    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;

It helps extend the lifespan of your HVAC unit, as the most common reason for heating and cooling equipment breakdowns is a dirty air filter. When dirt accumulates, air can’t pass through, which taxes the equipment. Given enough time, this can lead to the system overheating.
Changing your air filters can also keep energy costs down. A clean air filter puts less strain on the equipment, so your HVAC system will consume less energy to keep you comfortable. In addition, new air filters will help maintain good indoor air quality. Clean air filters can prevent dirt and allergens from entering your home. This will protect people suffering from allergies. This simple fix can prevent air quality from degrading.
