Furnace Air Filters Need to be Changed Monthly

REMINDER TO ALL TENANTS- In your lease agreement you are responsible for providing and changing your furnace air filter every month.

Tenants often wonder why it is important to change the filter every month.  Regularly replacing your air filters will provide several benefits.
